Professional liability:
According to the Legal Services Act (RDG), HFG Inkasso GmbH and LZI Langzeitinkasso GmbH are required to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum insurance sum of EUR 250,000.- for each insurance case. The details are given in Section 12 para. 1 No. 3 RDG (Legal Services Act) and Section 5 RDV (Legal Services Ordinance). The companies are insured with AXA Versicherung AG, Hamburg, Heidenkampsweg 98, 20097 Hamburg, Germany.

Legal Services Register
HFG Inkasso GmbH (RDG reference no.: 3712E/01/0151) and LZI Langzeitinkasso GmbH (RDG reference no.: 3712E/01/0626) are authorised collection service providers in accordance with Section 10 para. 1 No. 1 RDG and are subject to the Legal Services Act (RDG), the Introductory Act to to the Legal Services Act (RDGEG) and the Legal Services Act (RDV).

General obligation to provide information in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG):
HFG Inkasso GmbH and LZI Langzeitinkasso GmbH do not participate in a dispute resolution procedure within the meaning of the VSBG. There is no statutory obligation in this regard.
