The details are given in Section 12 para. 1 No. 3 RDG (Legal Services Act) and Section 5 RDV (Legal Services Ordinance). Online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR Regulation:
The European Commission has established a European online dispute settlement platform (ODR platform) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The ODR platform may be used by a consumer for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online contracts with a company established in the EU.

HFG Inkasso GmbH and LZI Langzeitinkasso GmbH do not participate in a dispute resolution procedure within the meaning of the VSBG. There is no statutory obligation in this regard.
